We recommend booking an intro call even if you are feeling totally ready to go. It is the best way to get to know Dr. Ally before your appointment and make sure you have all the things in place you need to maximize your time with Dr. Ally during your first visit together. However if you are certain, you can book an initial consultation online.

For most moms who work with me, we see each other 3 times in the first 2 months of working together. 3 weeks after our Initial consultation (visit #1), we have our Activation Visit (visit #2), and then 4 weeks after that we have a follow-up. After that the frequency of maintenance care really depends on what we’re working on and how much accountability you want / need.

Currently, Dr. Ally is only able to accept patients residing in British Columbia. Please join her waitlist for her group coaching program if you are outside of BC but hope to work with her.
